Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for those oh no moments. I have back problems, diabetes and have had multiple pregnancies. So I tend to have giggle and cough leaks but on top of that, from time to time, it's hard to take the first few steps. When urge incontinence strikes, these do a great job at catching that gush that has caused a lot of embarrassment. The long length Poise pads in particular, have been extra helpful with those moments. You go to stand up and dread fills your body as bladder says "HELLO". BUT your Poise pads have your back... and your front covered. They simply don't allow the urine to make it that far. And they don't feel as horrible diapers. You know you're covered against the laugh leaks, the sneeze blast and cough gush but it truly doesn't feel or more importantly, look like you're wearing a full on diaper. They don't hold a full go but they will save your pants til you can get in there. Poise long length pads also don't seem to stink like some others can. Definitely a win.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor quality I have used this product in the #8 long overnight size with fairly good results until my last packages. I buy 2/ 36 packs per time from Amazon. These are not sticking, don’t stay in place, and I am wetting through them almost every time even during day when I less having trouble get to bathroom. They just are not in place and do not adhere. Very disappointed and am going to look for a different product. I have back issues which cause some of my incontinence problem so need good protection 24 hours per day. Am not getting that with your product especially this time

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poise 6 Ultimate Regular I have used Poise Pads (6 Ultimate Regular) for a while now. I’m disappointed in the length and the feel. I remember when regular meant they weren’t a foot long. I would like a shorter pad. But, unfortunately you do not make them any for my need. Wish you hadn’t changed the length. Also, they are very stiff. Please go back to shorter and softer.

The pads are quick to aborb fluid and I did not worry about leaks. Fluids are wicked away from skin reducing the chance for irritation and redness. The pads have great adhesive and stay put. I like that the do not shift or move around while wearing. They are comfortable and move with you. The long length provides great coverage whether you are standing, sitting or lying down. These are a must have!

With these pads being longer they give you better protection for the various positions you lay in. They are super absorbent and get you through the whole night with no leaking problems. They are well made the adhesive works well and they stay in place.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bigger isn't always better. Bought these for my mom and they are way too bulky and huge and you can clearly see the pad through her clothing. She has used # 6 overnight pads for years and now they are replaced and discontinued. I can't find them anywhere!! She is a smaller woman but those were the perfect size. She uses them all day, not just at night since she is disabled. We are now trying generic and other brands but can't find one comparable as of yet. Such a disappointment. They think that they are making things better for everyone, but they aren't.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay. I have tried many different pad type products for overnight leakage and I feel these are pretty standard at best. I wouldn’t say they are better or worse than others, but definitely could be more comfortable. The material likes to stick to my skin once it gets “wet”. Not my favorite feeling, but they do absorb well.
